The Skylotec Equipment Lifting Rope (ELR) is the 11mm static rope specified for use with the Skylotec ACX Power Ascender, available here in a 50m length.
Built as a kernmantle rope in polyamide, the ELR is approved in combination with the ACX as an equipment lifting system under the Machinery Directive. It is engineered for heavy loads on motorised winching rather than as a climbing rope.
Important: for personnel lifting, a separate EN1891 Type A rated rope and backup system is required — this equipment rope is not rated for that use.
